Psychotherapy

Individual Therapy - Online

I specialize in providing online psychotherapy to individuals experiencing difficult life transitions, stress, anxiety, chronic pain, burn-out, mild depression, and grief. I am a Maine-Licensed Clinical Social Worker.


I collaborate authentically to build awareness and stability in the present moment experience, from which we develop insight, skills, and strategies to navigate a meaningful and fulfilling life. My approach is trauma-informed and spiritually inclusive, and incorporates various modalities as needed.


I offer a FREE 15-minute consult to meet eachother, answer any questions, and see if this is a good fit.


Pricing:

- 15-minute video consult: FREE

- Individual therapy session (55-minutes): $85

- Biopsychosocial assessment (90-minutes): $170


Payment:

- I am out-of-network; I do not work directly with insurance companies. I provide discrete & customized treatment to private-pay clients.

- I accept debit, credit, & HSA card payments; cash & checks are not accepted at this time.

- If you have insurance, I can provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement (reimbursement is not guaranteed).

Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness is a state of being that fosters resilience in everyday life. It can also play an integral roll in healing from chronic physical and mental health conditions. I currently am offering two non-clinical online services to cultivate mindfulness in everyday living: introduction to mindfulness, and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) courses. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

I offer 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses online. Following an initial orientation class, participants attend weekly 2-hour classes for 8 weeks, as well as a 6-hour online retreat scheduled toward the end of the program.
